Where It All Began
Established in 1990 and incorporated in 2004
We started many years ago when we opened a small kebab takeaway next to our butcher’s shop in the centre of Skegness called AJ’s. We made all our own kebabs and it was really a great success. So much so that other kebab houses around Skegness and the surrounding areas asked if we could also make kebabs for them.
As such Kirks Kebabs was born.
Since then we have expanded and now supply many wholesalers through the UK and even Europe.
The main products we sell now through our distributors is our Cooked Hand Sliced Kebab Meat.
The Cooked Sliced Kebab meat is a unique Re-Heat and Serve Product, that takes all the headache out of supplying Kebabs to the public and is by far the most cost-effective way as there is simply no waste.
